At a distance of 110 km from Thessaloniki and 3 km close to Neos Marmaras, Marialena’s House are located in the beautiful Sithonia peninsula. In a wonderful natural environment, surrounded by relaxing greenery, away from the noise and crowds, our complex will offer you valuable moments of relaxation and enjoyment in a friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n

Marialena’s House have 16 studios of 20 square meters each, specially designed and can accommodate from 2 adults up to 2 adults and 2 children. All studios have a kitchen with basic equipment for preparing meals, a refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower, a 24-inch led TV, a private balcony overlooking the garden and the endless blue of the sea. The cleanliness of the rooms is made every 3 nights and offer you clean linen. The complex has a garden barbecue, children’s playground and spacious parking.<\/p>\n

The nearest beach, where our guests can enjoy their swim, is only 150m away, it is reachable on foot and we offer you sunbeds and umbrellas for free. Within 1-10 km. from the complex there are the beaches Paradisos, Lagomandra Kalogria, Kavios and Agios Ioannis. Also 7 km from the house is the Parthenon, a traditional Greek village with a wonderful view of the whole area with many traditional taverns and cafes.<\/p>\n
